Hi,
I am hoping someone out there can help me with this problem. I have a dell
a960, or 960a, and I keep receiving a "hardware error 0502"
when I call dell they will not help me and keep sending me to customer care.
Of course they won't deal with these problems because I am no longer under warranty, but my computer is. I am so frustrated and don't know what to do.
My printer will print at first and then it pops up with the error and I have to turn it off and on again and am lucky if I get one page.
Any suggestions?
