I have a Dell printer 5100cn colour with a error 0007-342 restart printer. I have contacted Dell but they don't seem to helpful

This sound like the drum has gone on you. Most cases Dell won't replace this unless it under the 90 day services.

This printer is actually the same printer as the Xerox Phaser 6300
