Hi All?

I have got an HP 4550 printing blank pages even when trying to print configuration settings page from the printer itself.My initial suspicion was the ITB, but then it says it's got 94% life remaining and the drum life is 64%. Anyone ever encountered the same problem? Please I need your advise.

I have seen this before, very often it is indeed the ITB.

Thanks for your advise. After further diagnosis I realised the Carousel Drive Assembly was not functioning properly.A spring and a plastic bush in the Toner cartridge/ Carousel drive Assembly was broken. This resulted in the Carousel rotating but the cartridges not turning internally. Hence blank pages being printed out.
