Hello.
I just received a new Epson Stylus CX3810 all-in-one printer/scan/copier and can't get the drivers to load. I'm using Widows XP Home Edition. The copier works independently of the computer but I can't get the computer to find the printer. I keep getting the same message, "Set up cannot copy the file. Setup disk may be damaged," and then "Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close." I even went to Epson's web site and downloaded the printer and scan drivers but I get the same message. I tried removing the loaded files and starting over but to no avail. Epson product support suggested disabling Norton Anti-virus and that failed to fix the problem as well. Can any one tell me how to get this printer working? I really like the features and would like to keep this gift.
Thanks,
Dan
