For a few users in our office, myself included we are having trouble changing default print settings. The default setting is set to Print on both sides of the page and so therefore prints come out printed small and on 1 half of page. the setting can be changed but it keeps changing back to the old setting so users have to keep on changing it every time they print. It is a network printer and it happens on just 1 printer and for only a few users. Other printers are fine. Thx.

Ahem....You gots ta make the changes in the server driver! You cannot make permanent changes from a workstation. If users select a specific setting for the job, it will be only for that job. Set-up the server to allow these changes, and you get people who will make changes for themselves, and not bother to re-set them for others. I suggest you adopt a more formal criteria for documents that all should adhere to.
