hp laserjet 4l paperjam at the start

I am having problems with the paper jamming right off the bat. When I pull it out it has a light black smear across the top. I printed a lot with this paper and then it just started jamming. It gets stuck in the little black roller on the right and tears when I pull it out. If anyone can help thanks so much!! wendi

:) You Probably Need A Paper Pick-up Assembly Part# Rg5-0668 This Should Be Replaced By A Printer Tech, Because The Cover And Mainboard Have To Be Removed To Replace This Part
