Hi All

We have two network printers the Hp laserjet 2600n and the Dell 1600n.

When attemting to print to these printers over the network at times on both printers, from certain workstations, we recieve a load paper error message on control panel for the dell and a load paper pop up message in windows for the HP. Both Printers have paper in the trays and the settings are set to pull paper from the trays where the paper exists. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

scrap the Dell printer. it is worthless according to users I have seen posting messages about it. Dell isnt any help with it either. From what I read, nothing you can do about the Dell. the HP color should work fine.

Are you using A4 or letter size paper (depending on where in the world you are)? Here in Australia we use A4. If you send a letter size page to an A4 machine it will ask you for the right paper. And you have to go to the machine and hit go for it to continue printing using A4 paper in the machine.

Have to agree Dell printers are bad news.

seriously.
