After replacing the cartridge, the first pages have been printed fine.
But then smears appear along the the border on the left hand side (outside the text).
That problem doesn't occure if I try with the old cartridge.
I was so tempted that I tried to clean the drum (the blue thing you can reach underneath inside the cartridge) with a napkin. But it gets worse.
what can I do?
