We have a problem with a LJ 4V that is causing paper jams intermittently from the letter paper tray. The printer usually prints 100 - 200 pages without a problem. The failure seems to occur more when the paper is low in the tray. The paper doesn't seem to get to the registration assy. and curls in the paper tray. We have replaced the Paper Pickup roller assy/solenoid. Do you think the paper tray could possibly be at fault? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
