Hi,
I would like to get some help regarding HP Color Laserjet 5550n Printer.

We are using Windows XP with SP2 and have installed PCL 5c driver for the printer, but when multiple copies are sent to the printer , only the first copy gets printeda and then an error page is printed out saying "

error : Unable to store job at printer
Reason: Insufficient Disk space for this job

Solution: Delete some files from the disk before resending this job "

But if i remove collate option and send this job again, it will print, so will collate option enabled the job is not printing, i was informed by the vendor to use PCL 6 driver, so tried that too, but that works with single copy of print job, but if i select multiple copy with or without collate give me error
" PCL XL error

Subsystem : Image
Error: Extradata
Operator: Readmage
Position: 46 "

Can anyone please let me know a solution , appreciating your support
Thanks

Well, if you dont have any "68" errors, it probably isnt the disk. However, you should open your JetAdmin and check the disk for any problems, and\or delete stuff. Also, your network card may be the culprit, or, application using postscript being sent with a PJL driver. NVRAM init. could help.

I would check to see if you have enough ram in the printer to hold the memory of the print job.
