Hi, I have been working in a hospital that tries to do most of the printer repairs on site and by the current staff without the need of a third party company to come in and fix them. The thing is we don't have any service manuals for any of our printers. I was wondering if some of the forum users could recommend some good printer books to help us learn more about replacing these printer parts ourselves. I can do maintenance kits and most simple changes but the more advanced stuff i know nothing about. Even if there is maybe some ebooks i can read up on i would appreciate any information. I would also like to get some information on dot matrix printer repairs if this would be in the same book or not. Thanks in Advance.

I am looking for the manual that has the software printer codes
for an HP laserjet 6P

I bought this printer used and the codes are different
than my HP Series II.

This machine is about 10 years old.
