hp 2200 image defect

Hello All,

After repacing maintenance kit on above unit when printing output of hard copy the left hand pane was mostly blank text dotted here and there only, and right hand pane ok, has anyone any idea why?

Toner! Try another one! Is the transfer roller clean? Have you had a toner spill? Has the unit been dropped? Remove top cover, and check the shutter on the laser. Are self test pages ok?

check placement of the transfer roller

check the laser shutter door. replace the toner cartriage

I'll second the suggestion to re-seat the transfer roller. I've seen this many times.
