HPLJ 4m won't print from PC

My HPLJ 4M won't print from any software application on my PC, (eg word, excel) or when I tell it to print out a test page from the properties screen

However, If I do a self test from the HPLJ 4m control panel it will print out the self test results.

Can someone help me?

Is unit connected by parallel? Networked? Check driver for port setting.
lpt1 or ip address.

Have you installed the correct driver for this printer and what is your operating system. Go to HP site and re load driver updated version.
The M stands for Mac
If you are running Windows of any kind it may be programed with a Mac card to see this operating system only
Reconfigure to work with Windows.
