I have a 5L that I took out from the rubbish bin, well I found 2 of them, one had multiple feed problems that one was fixed by reapeating the fix for the 6L printer which Brian helped me with from here a few days ago.
Doing the multiple fix the secondtime is a lot quicker than the first time because I know what to do then.
Also has it been known that the power supply or DC Controller to fry the fuser element?
Printer does try to print, it does pickup the paper and such, but the fuser isnt getting warm, its cold the whole time.
I am hoping that if I buy a new heating element for the fuser that it wont cook it.
Seems that I have turned my house into a personal service department.
