Design Jet 5000PS

Have any ideas, Check Printhead Path (2)
Did all the usual checks, lubricated, cleaned, checked for any obstructions.
Called HP, they could not help, they suggested that I replace parts one at a time. Not what my customer wants to hear. Any help appericated:

Did you every find the solution to the Check Printhead Path (2) error you had?? Have the same problem and HP suggested changing the belt! Seems rough moving printhead back and forth!
