Hi,
I have a customer who has a magicolor 2 that is printing faded on one side of the page.
On the status sheet it says that the OPC is over 50% and the fuser looks fine. All of the toners have been changed.
My guess is that the opc needs changing. Just thought i'd get some other views before getting them to change that.
Any help would be great.
