When you attempt to print from Tray 2 (the bottom tray), there is a clicking sound and the bottom roller does not move. All of the gears are connected, but it appears that the lock on the gear is somehow stopping this roller from turning. When you try turn turn the roller backwards when it is trying to feed, there is some resistance there. Is it possible that the solenoid that controls the lock on the gear is faulty, and is there any way to test this?

Probably... but if you're feeling lazy, just use a little impact modulation.

Thanks, I have tried that but it does not make a difference. Any other ideas?
