Howdy.
I have a networked LJ 4650 that has had an issue arise with the toolbox utility.
The user was using this to check status on consumables and would print out the usage and supplies status pages.All of a sudden on Friday the unit would no longer send the print jobs from the toolbox.
I installed the printer on another PC and we have the same issue from it as well.
I can connect directly through the IP and get the info to come up as well as being able to print these out on the printer.The user has no issues printing any other jobs.
The only problem is when they use the "print" button from the toolbox.
Has anyone else had issues like this with the toolbox utility?
