HP Laserjet 1300 orange light on problem?!

I had a worn out fuser unit in my HP 1300 and have changed it -put everything back together

when i plug it in/turn it on i just get the orange light on - it won't let me do a test print or nothing?

any ideas?

I can only guess that you didn't put it back together the way it should be, perhaps a connector isn't pushed in far enough.
