My printer stop working all the sudden:confused: . Now, it displays a error code (50-Service) that doesn't disappear:eek: . Could you please tell me how to get this machine back in operation?:rolleyes:

a 50 error is very often a bad fuser, reseat or replace it, it could also be a bad power supply.

Also you might want to wait 10-15 minutes with the printer power off. If it is an intermittant error, a capacitor needs to discharge with the power off before the error will go away. If you get the 50 error after powering on then replace the fuser.
