HP 4050 Fuser error

I just replaced the Fuser unit in my HP4050 with one purchased from Printechs and now am getting a Fuser Error every 10 to 30 prints. I have to shut down the Printer and restart for the error to reset....any suggestions?

Reseat the fuser, if that fails you might have a bad fuser or a failing power supply.
