Issue with toner smearing. Replaced toner cartridge. Problem persists

Check the fuser, if it is smearing it seems that something is rubbing over the paper before is enters the fuser, there might be a piece of paper stuck there.

Also check to see if the tension levers have been released on the fuser unit. These will release the the pressure roller in the fuser and allow for the toner to be fused to the paper properly! There are 2 blue or gray levers (one on each side) on the fuser unit itself.

also check the fuser assembly,open it and check if there is paper wounded on teflon. Also try using another fuser.If problem persists try using other dc controller.
