I've got an HPLJ 8150 that I'm trying to preform the maintenance on. I replaced the basic pickup and transfer rollers, but in the kit (from another website - which I can't get answers from) there is a lower sleeved roller and some sort of other large diameter roller (upper sleeved roller - maybe?). I'm sure they go inside in the fuser unit. I'm just not sure how to get the fuser apart to replace these rollers.

Any help would be great and pictures would be even better!!

Thanks in advanced,
MePH

A maintenance kit normally doesn't contain any loose parts for the fuser, the whole fuser should be replaced.
It sounds like you've got a kit that has parts to refurbish the fuser unit, that's not so easy and shouldn't be done by anyone who hasn't got experience in doing this.

Thanks Brian ... I was afraid of that!

I'll second what Brian said. I never heard of a maintenance kit that had parts for the fuser instead of a whole fuser. If you don't have experience rebuilding the fuser it isn't as easy as you might think. To rebuild that fuser the right way you'd need more than a couple rollers; the bearings and bushings should be replaced, several gears, possibly a thermoswitch or thermistor, cleaning roller, etc.
