Good morning,
I have a lj 8000 that required maitenance. I ordered the kit and installed all the rollers, fuser, etc. Put everything back together and now I get a "13.1 paper jam, open right door " error. There is no paper, I didn't replace anything in that area. I put the old fuser back in and still get the 13.1. I changed the duplexer with a known working one and still get the error. It didn't get that error before I "performed user maitenance". H E L P !!!!

Jeannette,
Do you get the message when you power-up the printer or when you start printing.
You did replace the rollers for tray 2 and 3, you might have dislodged a paper sensor flag.

You'll get a 13.1 error when the printer doesn't feed a sheet when it should have.
The leading edge of the paper didn't get to the flag in time, so the printer logs a 13.1.
Check the rollers again, make sure that they are all in place.
Try printing from the MFT.
You didn't say which tray you are trying to print from.
You didn't answer Brian's question...does it get the error after initializing?
