2100 only prints from tray 1

I have a 2100 that only prints from tray nada from tray 2, replace the tray 2 solenoid, still nada, all of the drive parts seem OK. Any ideas?

What happens when you try to print to tray 2? does the job go to tray 1 or does tray 2 give an error?
