4550N only prints in service mode [Archive]

I have searched everywhere (including all posts here) and can't find any help with this. The printer will only spew out blank pages when trying to print config or menu or any internal pages. When I enter service mode it will print fine. It even only prints engine test in service mode. I replaced the formatter board Friday and have to drive three hours to this site....PLEASE HELP!

Thanks for sharring anything you know about this.

The 4500 had this problem sometimes, it was the transfer kit that needed replacing.
