LJ 5Si Tray 1 no pickup

Hi,

I've got a used 5si that was given to me. In testing, I find that when I attempt to print from Tray 1, the printer spins the roller, but doesn't lift the paper up to the roller.

I don't know if this applies, but when I received the printer the Tray 2,3 pickup rollers and feed rollers had been removed and there was a small all plastic roller laying in Tray 2. I haven't found where it came from.

I would first remove the tray one pick-up assembly and give it a good clean.

After you put the rollers in...was one sitting back further back than all the other rollers? Take that roller back out and put that little plastic roller in first.
