Hi all... New to this forum, but hopefully someone can help me out.
I have a HP LJ 4m Plus printer that has all of a sudden decided to stop working! What happens is that it feeds the paper through the toner area, puts the image on the page, and then jams up before going any further. When I remove the page (by taking out the toner cartridge), the toner on the page is still wet (if thats the right word), and smears easily. It seems to get folded up right before entering the fuser? Does this sound right, and if so, will a fuser replacement fix the problem?
Help if you can!!!
Thanks!
