CLJ 9500 eio hard disk problems

How can I use the CLJ 9500 initialize eio hard disk, because when i replace eio hard disk , it will show " EIO Hard disk not Initialize " :(

there is a process to initialize hard disk. Look it up at HP website. It goes something like this. Reboot Printer while holding down the ? key until the led's flash then click down arrow and select initialize disk. Not sure if thats exact but it gives you an idea.

thanks for jandersr to reply, i was try this in last day, it only hold down the ˊhas response, but it just can cold reset, reset main kit.... , it still can't initialize hard disk and i was try to hold down another key, but it has no response....
