What's the official name or the part number to the LJ 4200/4300 tray two paper guide? I've scoured the HP website hoping for a picture or detailed description but couldn't find it. Without the part, tray two constantly jams.Please help...

It appears that the only parts that you can order besides the complete tray are the sensing flag, the roller, and the torque limiter.
