Greetings All,
I have 2 LJ 8100 printer (we'll call printer A and printer B) that's using the same drivers and has been configured the same way but for some reason, when a user tries to print an envelope from the manual feed tray on printer A, the envelope just sits there until the user goes to presss the GO key. However, if the same user send the same print job to printer B, the envelope gets printed without having the user press GO. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your assistance...
