Incorrect toner level

I am having problems with a LaserJet 8150N jamming when printing envelopes. I noticed that the toner level was low, so I thought changing the cartridge might help. However, after changing the cartridge it still shows as being low on the configuration page and on the built in web server.

Any ideas?
