Laserjet 5000

I have problems with a laserjet 5000DN :

it always ask for manual paper.

Configuration :

4 bac : 1 manual, 2 header paper, 3 A3 paper, 4 A4 paper
Driver PCL 5e on the PC

I try to change the driver (PCL 6) : it worked 1 month.

if somebody could help me, i'll appreciate.

If there is paper in the tray 1 it requires you to go to the unit and press go.
Change tray 1 to casette, use tray 1 for special papers, especially letterhead, as you want a straight through path. {open rear tray}
