I have a Lexmark 1020 Color Jetprinter (yes - pretty old piece of kit) and have recently upgraded to windows xp.
Having installed the driver from lexmark.com, i tried to get the printer to work.
After having tried this numerous times - i still cannot get it to print. It simple says:
"The document failed to print"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
