Hp Laser 4 Plus 50 Service

I have a HP laser 4 plus that the 50 service light is on. Is there any way I can test to see if it is the fuser or power supply?

When u switch on the printer, if the lights are on as normal, most likely cause is burned out quartz lamp(fuser malfunction).
