HP 4000 text cut-off

We have several 4000N printers and all of them are cutting off the last line of a text dump sent to the printer. We have tried changing the setting on the printer to specify the number of lines per page but that does not afffect the output. The same text dump prints correctly on the 4050N. We are using the PCL 6 driver. Any ideas??

What does a config page look like?
Does that also get cut off? If that prints OK then it probably isn't the printer.
