I have 6 HP 2430dtn that will not print and have 49.4C02 service error on them. I also have a 2300dtn that is has the same message. They are all on the network and we are using Novell iprint to manage them. I can't imaged that all would have bad formatters at the same time or jet direct cards go bad at the same time. I have researched on the web but really can not find anything of substance. Thanks for your help in advance.
