We use our 4050 at an auto dealership and print RO's and Receipts on it. There are laser forms that get loaded into the printers memory that stores the form data. However, lately it seems to continually lose the form data after a few prints and we get sheets with just the text on it. Is this a sign that the memory is going bad and is that an item I can replace? The printer is about 4 years old and I have more on site that are working fine off of the same server, so I believe that it is just a problem with this one printer.

I am no tech
But if you have more than one machine with same memory chips
Take one that is working and switch the chips
If problem goes away
Get new memory chips.
Cheapest solution I would say.
Or the program you are running in that computer that the print comes from may have a file corrupted.
Re-install program with copy from other computers that are working if your running a network

Good luck
