HP 5500 image problems (verticle lines in all colors)

I have an HP 5500 that is giving me verticle lines (about 2 inches all the way across the page). It is also combining text that shouldn't be there with pictures. I do a diagnostics check and it giuves me the same verticle stripes in every color. I have replaced the ETB unit and the low voltage Power Supply, but they haven't fixed the problem. Any suggestions??

But have you checked
The fuser
The Transfer Unit
The Scanners

Don't know what the HP5500 has for parts but if it's a color laser they usually have these parts that are consumable
