LaserJet 4 does not turn on

Hi
I came home from a 4 weeks vacation and when I turned on the HP LaserJet 4 Printer, it starts up and in about 5 seconds, all indicating lights were off. Plugged the unit to another outlet, it does not juice up at all.
Any idea where to check for the power in for the unit to see if its dead.
It was working fine when I left it behind.
All suggestions appreciated.

If your printer's engine turns over, but you get no lights, you may have a bad formatter board or display. If your machines engine does not turn over on power-up, you are most likely dealing with a bad power supply, which is located on the lower, right-hand side of the printer. The power cord recepticle is part of the unit you will need to change. Hope this helps!. Jim
