paper pickup

i have a lj1200 that is not picking up paper. the pickup roller turns and the paper lifts, but does not feed. the pickup roller has been replaced.

Check the seperation pads as well
And I do believe not in the tray but in the printer there might be more pick up rollers to be checked

Sorry not a tech but have heard my techs do this and it works.
Other wise the springs may be shot in the tray itself. Get new tray
