I need to know the cover removal procedures for this machine or if anyone has a manual, that would be even better.

Which cover?

open the front door, remove the torx screw near the inside top. usually has a star washer, remove the 2 screws from back of printer. open the exit door and pry the side covers off. guessing these are the covers you are tring to remove.
