Just wanted to say thanks to you people for a cool resource! I am a hardware tech out in sunny AZ. and I work on alot of hardware and it is hard to remember which this fix which that...yada yada yada you know what I mean!

this is a cool resource and I have bookmarked it and will pass it on to my buddies (so they will stop calling me to fix there printers!) LOL

This is a much more friendy forum than most other printer forums I have been on, I was on one for at least 3 years before finding this one, I simply got sick of the admin's attitude and moved on.

Jeff the moderator here is a very apporable person and he does a great job with this forum, If your reading this Jeff, I am hoping your having a smile.
