Hello all!
Woohoo! This is my first post, and I'm hoping that can find a quick answer here.
I have an HP Laserjet 8000 that continually shows "processing job" via WebJetAdmin. From unix and other apps, it does not show activity, but the printer will not allow any print through. There are no pending jobs in the queue (for both UX and Win).
We've already power cycled the printer, and even did a cold reset. Any clues on how to get this thing to clear that phantom job? Here's what doing an hpnpadmin to it shows:
Control Panel : PROCESSING JOB
Line State : Online
Printer State : printing
These just won't go away . . .
Thanks!
