hp 4000 blank page

My hp 4000 suddenly started printing blank pages except for some bubbly looking marks going down the left side of the page. I tried changing toner cartridges but it did the same thing. There are no error messages. Please help me. Thanks!

The DC controller is most likely bad. This can also be caused by a toner grounding wire being out of place, but this would only happen if you had the left panel removed and someone was messing around with it. We sell the DC Controllers if you need one but you need to tear the printer apart to get at it so you might want to have the printer serviced.
