Hi there :)
There is a problem with an 8150 I have at work where you can feel the text that is printed on the page it prints.
I'm wondering is it a toner or a fuser issue?
Thanks for any help :)

Could you please explain how being able to feel the text on the paper results in a problem?
Toner is merely micro-fine plastic and iron particles melted onto the paper so being able to feel it is normal.
Adjusting the density to the lightest setting may result in not being able to feel it as much. Also paper type may factor in as how the toner fuses to the paper.

Thanks, it's been resolved.
Apparently the two levers that are meant to be pushed down on the fuser, not the ones you lock in place when you put it in, but the ones below them were not pushed down, so the rollers in the fuser were apart more than they should and hence not being able to fuse the image on the page properly.
