hp parts on a lexmark optra n

i have a customer with a lexmark optra n. the tray components match a hp lj5si or lj8000. it is jamming paper after it is pulled from tray 2 or 3. i called lexmark and they have no cross reference for the parts. i feel like it needs a vertical transfer assembly but i dont want to order the wrong part. any suggestions

vertical door is used if you have the optional 2000 sheet feeder, but jams from trays 2 and 3. i would look at the PIU assy, a LJ5si should work.
