Where I work we have an 8100 with the large capacity bottom tray. From time to time when it is feeding paper its feeding it but not with the correct margins on each side. Sometimes the paper is feeded in and it prints out crooked. I was wondering if any of you had any ideas of how to solve it?

Sounds like pick up rollers may need to be replaced
and or seperation pads. These guide the paper threw,if one is worn it will send it threw crooked before during and after the paper is picked up.
Call a tech fairly cheap parts to replace.

Since I have never worked on an 8100, I would have to defer to those that are experts. But besides the pickup rollers, if it were me I would also check the rest of the paper path. Looking for worn paper guides or dirty/worn transport type rollers.
