Nope.

The LJ IV uses a RG5-0454 fuser.

The LJ IV+ uses RG5-0879.

They're close but not close enough.

But.....A 4+ will work in a 4 if you break off the little tip on the right cover.

You can also make the 4 work in a 4+ but you need to break off a chunk of plastic. Probably not worth it, but it is possible.
