View Full Version : HP Colour laserjet 4600 46fff error

This 4600 gives the firmware error about 6 times a day..have proven the memory ,firmware and network card...what next...formatter? :confused:

There is not a 46FFF error on this unit. A 49 error is the firmware. A formatter error would be a 79. Pull the formatter and fire up unit. An engine test can be done if the engine is ok. If not, swap out the memory dimm, and put formatter back in. Also, remove NIC before doing any of this.
